A Broken Hearted Woman's 30 Day performance Guide to healing After a Break Up Or disunion

First off, I want to say that I am sorry that you are experiencing a Break Up. You may feel that your heart has authentically been broken in two pieces. A Break Up can be as hard to deal with as the death of a loved one. In a sense you are mourning the death of the relationship. You may have made plans to spend a lifetime with your partner and now you don't know what to do with your life. These feelings are all general and are part of the grieving process. I want to reassure you that you will heal and get over this Break Up no matter how you may feel at this time. You may not have been able to operate experiencing a Break Up but you can operate how you deal with it.

Occupying your mind and time will help you get over a Break Up must faster than just sitting in the bed and wallowing in your sorrow. You need to stay busy with distinct activities and surround yourself with a good retain system. Below is a 30 day operation guide that will keep you busy and help you to heal from a Break Up:

Day 1: Visit your mom, B.F.F or close friend and confide in them about the Break Up. Don't forget to bring your tissue to wipe away those tears.

Day 9: rehearsal to help boost your endorphins. Repeat three times a week. Not only will you feel great but you will also look great which will give you the added boost of self-confidence that you need.

Day 10: change your hairstyle with a new cut or color. Be bold and daring don't be afraid to reinvent yourself during this time period.

Day 11: Talk to a close male friend (preferably one that you don't like) and let him give you a pep talk. A male friend can often give you comprehension and guidance that a female friend cannot.

Day 12: Reread your favorite book or buy a new book to read. Escaping into the world of the book can help to take your mind away from you own problems.

 Day 13: Buy a new push up bra that accentuates "the girls". This is a good time to go to a lingerie shop and get measured by a professional. A lot of women are not wearing their literal, bra size.

Day 14: Plan a supper for your friends and family at your house. Pull out the good china and pair the meal with a authentically great bottle of wine.

Day 15: Hang out with a niece, nephew or any other cute and cuddly kid. Take your little buddy somewhere cool like Chucky Cheese. It is hard to be around little kids and not enjoy yourself.

Seeing good and a little concentration from the opposite sex will often give you that little boost that you need. Please no random hookups, it is okay to flirt but make sure that you go home alone.

Day 22: Get a massage, or go to the spa.

Day 23: Do something adventurous that you have never done before. It could be as easy as joining a karate class or as brave as going sky diving. You can even try indoor skydiving; you will still get an adrenaline rush without having to authentically jump out of plane.

Day 24: Wear something ridiculously cute to work today. Get up early and take time to style and apply your make up. Relish in the compliments that you get today.

Day 25: Journal on the topic: What I learned from this Break Up.

Day 26: Buy your friends a little something for supporting you and listening to you vent. You want to show your appreciation for their support. Be sure to give the same retain to your friends if they perceive a Break Up in the future.

Day 27: Visit an Animal Shelter: maybe adopts a cute pet. Studies show that people that have animals are usually happier than people who do not own a pet.

Day 28: Go to an amusement park. Get on a roller coaster and scream at the top of your lungs.

Day 29: Go to church or share in a spiritual activity. people that have faith are a lot great adapted to deal with life problems than those without faith. Surround yourself by people that share your faith so they can retain you post Break Up.

Day 30: Buy something ridiculously costly (something that you can afford) to celebrate surviving thirty days post Break Up. If you have been eyeing a designer purse or wanted to buy a new flat screen T.V. Now is the time.
